Despite building a successful career, including working in multiple countries and co-founding Think180, a thriving IT consulting firm, he thought at various periods of his life he was on a “hamster wheel” and felt unfulfilled. It wasn’t until he noticed a pattern – one that repeated itself over decades – that he discovered a key to true fulfillment: Purpose. When he had a clear purpose aligned with his skills, life had energy, excitement and results flowed. Without it he felt stuck.

Leading People and Culture at Think180 gave Michael the opportunity to explore these insights deeply. He saw firsthand that the foundation of personal and professional success wasn’t just talent or hard work – it was a clear purpose, strong mindset and the right habits.

Driven to help others uncover this for themselves, Michael embarked on a new path after he decided to leave Think180. He took time out to develop the Numente Framework, a practical, structured approach, which supports people to transition from striving to thriving. Step by step, he guides people to reframe challenges, build confidence and create momentum toward a life of fulfillment.

He also pursued his Coaching Certification through the Napoleon Hill Institute, further enhancing his ability to help others transform their lives. His approach to coaching integrates elements of modern psychology with ancient wisdom – drawn from his years working with a Life Coach and his study and knowledge of the energy body, the power of silence and quest for personal mastery.
